FF Trade Analyzer provides AI-powered fantasy football trade analysis tools, including but not limited to:

  • Trade fairness evaluation
  • Player value analysis
  • Trade strategy guides and news
  • PRO subscription features

03. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

04. Subscription Plans

4.1 FREE Plan

  • 1 lifetime AI-powered trade analysis
  • Access to guides and news
  • Standard AI model

4.2 PRO Plans

  • PRO Season ($6.99/6 months): 10 analyses per day, Advanced AI model
  • PRO Annual ($9.99/year): 10 analyses per day, Advanced AI model

4.3 Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through CREEM. All sales are final unless required by law. PRO subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

05. Usage Limits and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Bypass IP rate limiting or security measures

06. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FF Trade Analyzer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

07. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI analysis results will be accurate or successful
  • Any defects will be corrected

Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty. Our analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

08. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FF TRADE ANALYZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FF Trade Analyzer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
